Attorney Willard is a Senior Associate with the firm’s Landlord/Tenant Department. She brings with her vast experience representing commercial lending institutions, landlords and property managers in all aspects of summary process, receiverships, code enforcement and general landlord – tenant issues, title issues, and default servicing. Rachelle is not only an experienced litigator but is also a certified mediator. For the past year prior to joining the firm, Rachelle was a Housing Specialist, splitting her time between two busy divisions of the Commonwealth’s Housing Court. In this role she assisted parties in resolving summary process and civil matters within those courts.
